The hamlet is situated in a happy position, geographically, at only a five minute walk from the Medieval town centre of San Gimignano.

It is immersed in the tranquillity of country life, surrounded by the renowned Vernaccia vines and the olive groves producing our high quality oil.

IBISCO (4 beds)

Splendid independent and completely restored residence, on two floors covering 70 square metres, furbished with a double entrance with glass doors allowing guests to enjoy a wonderful view from the house. The large windows with characteristic grill give the rooms a very good light.

The upper floor has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk-bed. The day-time area on the ground floor consist of a kitchen with a ring cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster and all necessary cooking equipment. The bathroom with a wide shower cubicle is preceded by an area with a large cupboard for the storage of various household items such as blankets, extra pillows and cleaning products.

Below the entrance gallery we have a relax-area with a sofa and satellite tv. Next to the dining area we have the kitchen door leading to a patio with garden furniture for the exclusive use. Here one enjoys an unique view of the valley.

SERVICES

Swimming pool: available from 01/05 to 30/09/2007.
Parking within the grounds: specially designated areas next to the buildings.
Barbecue: facility on wheels for use in common -  can be positionated as preferred.
Small amusement park for children: a slide, swing, "Chicco" chalet and other small recreation apparatus.
Highchair and cot for our tiny guests: complete with little sheets an blankets, available if requested at the time of booking.


Shopping for the first day (on request). Shopping service completely free of charge for the first days of your stay.

» Costs

Caution deposit: upon the arrival of our guests we ask for a deposit of 150,00 Euro which will be returned at the end of their stay.

The prices include:
- The prices are intended per week
- Provision of bedlinen and towels for toilet and kitchen
- Consumption of hot and cold water, gas for cooking and electricity
- Weekly charge of bed linen and towels
- For Stella di Betlemme Apartment: a basket of wood bloks for the open fire
- Cradle and high-chair (upon request)
- Use of the barbecue
- Use of the swimming pool in the indicated season
- Apparatus for childrens games in the garden
- Taxes (IVA 10%)

The prices don't include:
- Gas for heating: charge based on consumption
- Cleaning at the end of the stay: 50,00 Euro
- Washing machine: there is a machine available at the cost of 6,00 Euro per wash including soap- powder, hygienizer and softening agent.
- Extra change of bedlinen and towels: 7,00 Euros per person for bedroom and toilet; 5,00 Euros per person for kitchen.

Payment: No credit card. All payments excepting those made on the spot in cash will have to be made trough bank transfer orders (bank account details on receipt of requested booking). At the moment of booking we require an initial 30% payment for the stay.
We ask for a further bank transfer with the balance 60 days before the start of the holiday.

Cancellation Policy: in case of renunciation up to 40 days before the start of the holiday, 50% of the payment made will be reimbursed. From the 39th day up to the day of arrival no refund will be made.
