The property is divided in two independent apartments, obtained from the complete restoration of an typical ancient Tuscan farmhouse and its hayloft, that created a sole building. The holiday apartments have been restored in the respects of the original architecture.

Our holiday home is just 4 km from Londa (all kinds of shops, tennis, small man-made lake, park visitor centre of the Casentinesi forests - walking excursions and mountain biking, medieval feast in summer), and only 38 km from Florence (about 40 min. by car).

The swimming pool is only 16 km away: as our guest you get the first entrance free, then you'll get a discount of 50% on the ticket (you pay 3 Euro for the whole day). In the same sport complex you can find horseriding, arc shooting lessons, mountain bike rental. Nearby are also the tennis courts.

La Limonaia (60 m2 - 4 sleeps):

Ground Floor: living/dining room (satellite TV) with access to the outside and kitchen corner (oven, freezer), small laundry room (sink), one bathroom with shower.
Mezzanine Floor: one small twin bedded room.
First Floor: one large double bedroom, one bathroom with shower. Equipped garden (approx. 55 m2) partly paved.
